Rumpus revamp & Laundry addition

Working with a limited budget owners only required some minor adjustments to the property.

• Better use for the lower level of the house. Adding a new laundry /bathroom and also a small wet bar facility to support BBQ and entertainment area at rear of house.
  
• Rumpus  a space for the kids to spend time. Play area, storage and a open view connection to the rear yard on the wishlist.
  
• A big bi-fold door was introduced to make the space more spacious  integrating the backyard with the house.
  
• The topography of the block presented a major issue when regards to drainage. Undercroft originally was on dirt. A new slab, and a  series of stormwater drains we installed in  to help collect and divert any water runoff .
