This concept is part of a Subdivision Division Application plus a Development Application to build  3 new houses . Including this concept - Country City House plus 2 other small lot type houses ( visit small lot 1 & 2 pages).

Constraints - Low Res(LR) ,Demolition Control Precinct, Ithaca District Local Plan, Waterway Corridor, Small Lot Code.
