With 3 young boys, owners needed more bedrooms and more space. decision was to keep original house as a bedroom private area and add at the rear a new extension. Using the slope of the block, the under-croft was used as garage service area (laundry, storage and extra bathroom). Main drive was to have "mum" keeping an eye on the kids while doing her daily chores
