This is another classic example when builder, client and designers join forces the result can be Magic!!!
Owners main request was to provide more rooms – quite simply of all types.They wanted the property to feel like a new house. More bedroom for long stay guests, living sitting and open areas facing the garden.There had to be better access to rear yard where they have a major interest in lush landscaping. Clean, contemporary and modern were the key themes.Carport needed in the front yard with better presentation to street requested.Master bedroom had to be quiet and hidden away(busy road) and preferably up high looking at rear yard. Welcome the feeling of indoor outdoor feel to living zone.Separated walk in pantry a must. Also open plan ensuite with separate wc requested.
