Owners were after extra bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite however, they believed the existing house was working well. The option to go up was the best option to save costs and do not interfere with the original house.
Wanted to retain character of existing, enhance if possible, and repair/renovate.
Kitchen was fully renovated and open to dining, on second stage , after the upper level was added.
