Front original house was restored and became teenagers retreat. 3 Bedrooms, bathroom and rumpus / TV room.

Rear three storey extension at rear not visible from street.

Addition has living , kitchen, dining and rear deck on mid level. Mezzanine, study parents retreat on upper.

House lifted to comply with flood restrictions. lower level containing office , laundry bike storage and general car space. 

Future plans to build an above ground pool.
