La Boite Conversion

This was a wonderful experience!! A great opportunity to re vitalize one of the most iconic buildings in Brisbane. The famous La Boite Theater

Also e important learning curve when dealing with heritage listed constraints .

The original "fabric" (brick work "skin" ) had to be preserved and some of the history as you can see form the clear panel protecting and displaying original signatures from artists that performed in that house!.

The lower level to be used as a office space for the new builder/owners , this became the Brisbane head office. Second level to be used as a space for promotions and events

A lift had to be added for accessability
