Originally the building was used as an office , to be converted into a hostel.
The final result turned up to be very different from the original concept designed.
Owner decided to render the entire building , in contrary of designers advice.
This job was a very intense exercise to meet QDC & BCA regulations , particularly in regards to fire preventions, fire exists and paths.
